Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and workstations.
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime.
Implement and oversee security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent cyber attacks.
Provide technical support and training to employees across all departments.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for equipment procurement and maintenance.
Develop and maintain IT documentation including system configurations, procedures, and policies.
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations to secure organizational data.

Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role in the Information Technology sector.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and virtualization technologies.
Experience with configuring and managing firewalls, VPNs, and security tools.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues effectively under pressure.
Familiarity with cloud services such as Zoho, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or Cisco CCNA are preferred.
