AI/ML engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Developand implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms tailored to research objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to design experiments and validate AI models.
Analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and improve model performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and integrate relevant techniques into ongoing projects.
Optimize and scale machine learning models to ensure efficiency and robustness in diverse computational environments.
Document research methodologies, experimental results, and technical processes clearly and thoroughly.
Present findings and progress reports to internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to research publications and conferences.

Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java, and proficiency in ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
Experience with data pre processing, feature engineering, and managing large data sets.
Familiarity with research methodologies and the ability to apply theoretical concepts to practical problems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to work collaboratively in a research-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills for effectively conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.
